Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Do not share your login details with anyone, and do not access the platform from a shared or public device without logging out completely after each session. 11000 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that was caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
All transactions on 11000 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier interface and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 11000 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Balances in your account are held for your use on the platform only and are not transferable to other accounts.
All bets placed on 11000 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the member. 11000reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time the bet was placed. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented at the table, and results determined by the live dealer or game engine are final. Members are expected to use the platform in good faith and must not attempt to exploit technical errors, system faults, or any other anomaly to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such activity may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

While we make every effort to maintain service availability, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. 11000 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or other losses that arise as a result of platform downtime or technical errors, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. Members access and use the platform at their own risk, and it is the member's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device before placing any bets.
